The Islip Town Fire & EMS Museum and Education Center will be hosting our 7th annual fundraiser
Chili and Chowder Cook-off on Saturday, September 21st from 12-4 PM at the Sayville Fire Department Station 2 located at 281 Broadway Avenue in Sayville. Attendees can enjoy all-you-can eat chili and chowder (while it lasts), sample craft beers from local Long Island breweries and enjoy live music from
the highly popular band "Southbound". Fun for the kids includes an inflatable slide.   Also we will be holding a Chinese raffle of donated items. 


Attendees
Admission fee: 
$20.00 per person (kids under 10 FREE), includes all-you-can eat chili & chowder (while it lasts). Raffle and
​50/50 tickets available for purchase. Cash and Credit Cards accepted at the gate.

Chili/Chowder Teams
Admission fee: 
$100.00 (per team of 4), $150.00 coupon for ingredients provided upon payment of registration fee (due by 9/1) 

Make check payable to Friends of Islip Town Firefighters, Inc. (a 501c3 non-profit corporation), team registrations 
may be mailed to Islip Town Fire & EMS Museum and Education Center, Attn: Chili Cook-off, PO Box 674, Sayville, NY 11782. Registration with payment must be received by no later than September 1st.
